Been using Tenobet since roughly March, and I figure I have enough mileage to actually comment. Stumbled on it off a mate who was chasing a site with half-decent lobby depth that didn’t have the usual affordability checks you run into now on the UKGC sites. Should flag early: this isn’t UKGC licensed and it isn’t on the GamStop scheme, which cuts both ways.
Lobby’s pretty huge — somewhere around 3,000+ titles by my count, with the names you’d want all turn up: Pragmatic, Net Ent, Play n GO, BTG, Yggdrasil, Microgaming. I mostly rinse Sweet Bonanza plus Sweet Bonanza, which both load quick on mobile browser. The live rooms are Evolution, which means exactly what you expect — proper croupiers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette if that’s your thing. They do sports as well, which I’ve used a handful of times on the football, nothing special.
On the sign-up offer it’s a 100% match to ?125 plus 100 spins thrown in, you’ll want the code JOIN002 otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Check the playthrough first, it’s not the loosest to be honest. Don’t expect free credit without depositing as far as I can tell. To check current promos, they’re listed over on tenobet login rather than taking my word for it. Minimum deposit is ?10, signing up took maybe two minutes.
Payments have been the better half for me. Visa/Mastercard go through, Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. E-wallet withdrawals have come through same day twice; Visa took slower, 3-4 days. The one thing that annoyed me was the verification — they took 36-48 hours to approve my ID, and my first withdrawal just sat there until that cleared. Nothing shady about it, but slow.
Other gripes: there’s no app, so it’s mobile browser only. It’s responsive enough on my phone though an app would be nicer. Logging in is occasionally fiddly at peak times. Live chat at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, but the opening messages read like templates. Ask a specific question and they’re helpful enough.
